[XS - Event Horizon]

First of all: I LOVE IT. The strings sound amazing, the song has a beautiful built-up, cool sounding synths and it is big and open. I have little to criticize here. It sets the mood and has emotion, really great song!

The only thing I can mention is something about the mixing of the kick. In my opinion the kick could be a louder / fatter. Maybe a little boost around 84 Hz on the EQ and make it blend with the sub bass. But I have to say thats also a matter of taste of course.

Still, I’m impressed!! I’m gonna follow you en look forward to the next song ;)

There's actually quite a nice bit of wiggle room with the kick, it's very clean around 80-100 so I can easily pump it up before album release. Thanks for the input!

First of all, I wouldn’t say this is house music. It has kinda has a dubstep/ambient feeling to it and I am missing the up-tempo kick. It wasn’t what I expected when I started listening to this song, but I am not disappointed :)

I will start of with some compliments. I really like the chord progression and the feeling it gives. It is stable yet unexpected and that makes it interesting to listen to. I also like the sounds that you used, with emphasis on the vocals. Did you record them yourself? It really smoothens the track!

As feedback I would say: I was kind of disappointed when the beat stopped in the middle. The beat came smooth and unexpected, and I really was like: „ooohhhh yeeaahhh” for a moment. It’s the peak in the song, the part where the build-up leads to. But suddenly it was over, rapidly cut off and it didn’t come back. I think it would be great to let that beat return, and make it even bigger the second time. I would really give a clear beginning and ending, and thats good for the overall listening experience.

Besides that, you made a great song. Smooth and relax, love it! Keep up the great work!

Great job done here! I really like your chord progression (quite simple but effective) and your diversity with different sounds & instruments! It really has a cool atmosphere :)

As feedback I would say: Try to play around with reverb a little bit more :) In my opinion some parts of the song sound a little bit flat whereas it should sound big and open. It would make your track a lot more atmospheric!
